I'm pretty sure this was a recipe that my Grandmother, Wanda used . . .
To be honest, I usually skip the bouillon, and season to taste. Cumin is the real key to me.
Coney Sauce
1 Pound browned ground Beef
2 Cubes Beef Bouillon
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Pinch Oregano Powder
Brown Beef and drain.
Dissolve Bouillon cubes in 1 cup Hot water.
Add browned ground beef.
Add all other spices and simmer for 20 minutes.
